Devashaley
"The hall of the god." Devashaley genuinely believes suppression is holy — that to still a soul is to protect it from the violence of change. The Order is his cathedral and the stilled ones are his congregation; he is the theological engine that lets ordinary people participate in cruelty and call it faith.

Doctrinal authority; command of the Order’s enforcement rites; the Bhairava invocation as an instrument of "mercy." Controls who gets stilled and who gets erased.
STYLE
Austere ceremonial obsidian; a still, hall-like presence. Where Meralaine is corporate, Devashaley is clerical — the priest of the frozen god.

Deva (god) + shala (hall) — the house of a god who has stopped moving.
